One of the major headaches for meeting planners today is the management of their delegates dietary requests. 

As part of our forthcoming program of education, we would love to hear from you as to ways in which you help make this process pain free for your clients and easy for the venue to handle.  Looking forward to some great ideas!

Great initiative on this topic! Todays handeling entails a lot of mailing and headache for both our booking staff and chefs. Since the handeling is far from smooth it's not too seldom we meet the dietary requests when our guest sit at the table and it creates unneccesary stress in the kitchen.

Looking forward hearing more about good solutions/best practice.
