"One of the biggest challenges while these guests are on site is getting them to buy in to a process, even if it is subtle, to make themselves known to our food and beverage team. I have found some of the most difficult challenges we have are attendees who want to keep a low profile and not be singled out at every meal which is hard when special meals need to be prepared and delivered.
I don’t necessarily have answers to this challenge as we are still trying to find a happy medium, however I am sure that planners from both the host venue and corporate side would like some tips on best practices to deal with this scenario."
