On the 4th February, in central Manhattan, New York, NYU and IACC celebrated the launch of the Certificate in International Conference Centre Management, with a high profile panel discussion on Trends in International Conference Centre Management. The panel was made up of conference centre experts from IACC's membership and they shared their views on what makes the conference centre industry unique, latest trends and innovations and industry experts gave an insight as to what it takes to be a successful leader in the industry.

The first course of the certificate program, led by Ron Naples, Adjunct Associate Professor, Hospitality at NYU, has students participating from four continents around the world; Japan, Australia, the US and Europe.
